In May of this year I had the honor of sitting as a judge for the 2019 Decanter World Wine Awards in London. The world’s most revered wine competition, it was beyond humbling to sit among some of the most accomplished experts in the industry - including Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers, top wine critics, and even Michelin-starred chefs.
The competition was stiff this year as highly applaudable wines from across the globe shined over each region’s panel. Congratulations to this year’s Platinum and ‘Best in Show’ winners and the fantastic DWWA team for such a well-executed week!
